We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chatbot Expert/Specialist who will create and develop applications that automate customer service or other communication processes and integrate them with the organization’s current business operations. You need to understand the customer/buyer’s journey and have extensive knowledge of UX.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Create data modeling by designing engaging conversations that promoted great UX
- Generate content for responses that are consistent, recognizable, and relevant as the character comes to life.
- Designs programs that use Artificial Intelligence in communicating with humans via text or audio.
- Develop chatbot dialogue that interacts and communicates with customers in a variety of scenarios.
- Use experience in programming using Artificial Intelligence and advanced technologies.
- Conduct sprint analysis of Chatbots regularly and create reports based on the findings.
- Conduct testing and debugging of applications for maintenance review.
- Performs\ troubleshooting and technical support on Chatbot concerns.
- Create, review, and simplify code for program enhancements.
- Apply data analytics techniques to further analyze and improve chat logs and user feedback for the improvement of coverage rate and customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and creation of recommendations for the enhancement of chatbot performance.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Programming, and other related courses.
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the development of Chatbot programming or Artificial Intelligence.
- Knowledge in using programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript.
- Extensive knowledge in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and NLP.
- Familiarity with the platforms allows them to enhance the chatbot quality.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Experience in working with established AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services and others.
- In-depth understanding of customer experience and journey.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other employees.
- Positive attitude and great problem-solving skills.
