Continuing Engagement Manager

We are looking for a Continuing Engagement (CE) Manager. We will train you for this position. The key role of the Continuing Engagement (CE) Manager is to manage the team, conceptualize and propose new initiatives, identify new areas we can engage clients with and grow the client base within the CE team members and ensure they are being utilized. The candidate needs to have strong leadership qualities, attention to details, boast exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to solve difficult problems and project management experience

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Director of Operations
  • Managing the current CE Team: Social Groups, Mock Interviewer, Resume Writer, Job Developer, and Content Creator. 
  • Proposing new initiatives for the team and each of the IC's based on the needs of business and clients.
  • Growing the client base within the CE team members and ensuring they are being utilized.
  • Setting and managing KPIs for the team.
  • Metrics and BI for the team, working in the department to deploy these ICs Growth of the team.
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of the project while guiding and developing individual team members.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Education, Special Education Psychology, Business or other relevant fields. 
  • Prior experience working with neurodiverse populations.
  • Prior experience in People Management
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. 
  • Familiar with online tools (eg. Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Notion) 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Willing to work remotely following Eastern Time shift 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Professional certification is a plus 
  • Proficient in various CRM and Learning Management Systems (LMS) 
  • Experience in managing a team
